BUSTING WINE MYTHS: AGING WINE

A large part of the snobbery and intimidation that prevents wine from gaining a larger audience, such as young adults or novices, is based on common misconceptions or myths. Some of the more well known myths get their origins from wine beliefs that have been passed down for generations, with roots dating back to the earliest days of wine.

The belief that older wine is better than young has proceeded to plague the wine industry for decades and is based on an outdated understanding about wine preferences. With a failure rate of 88% for those seeking to gain this esteemed title, this is definitely no walk in the park.

We'll be looking at some ideas on how take a traditional wine tasting and turn it into a fun wine party.
